Phnom Penh, November 11, 2016 at 8:00 am, The University of Cambodia (UC) collaborated
with National Election Committee (NEC) to organize the Dissermination Session on Democrazy based on Election, which let all students understand about the process of electral registration and Voter List for 2016
and prepare for the 4th-mandate commune elelection for 2017 , and to push the understanding of citizen,
especially amount the Youths as well as students in Cambodia.
